Position Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the marketing of the company's products and services, complete the prescribed sales tasks, and ensure the realization of sales targets;
2. Develop new customers, establish prospective customer information groups, maintain old customer relationships, and develop new needs of old customers;
3. Track customer needs, conduct business negotiations and sign contracts;
4. Handle customer invoices and accounts receivable to ensure the company's invoicing and customer repayments are normal;
5. Handle customer complaints in a timely manner, coordinate with relevant departments to solve problems, and maintain good customer relationships;
6. Learn and understand the company's product-related knowledge, be able to point out product advantages and answer customer questions;
7. Collect customer opinions and suggestions, and feedback to relevant company personnel to provide reference for optimizing the company's products and related services, and improve customer satisfaction;
8. Collect market information, customer dynamics and competitor information, and output relevant market reports.
Posting Requirements
1. Full-time bachelor's degree, major in electronic information engineering, communication engineering, marketing, etc.;
2. More than 2 years of sales experience in peripheral industries such as Internet of Things, communication, consumer electronics, etc., with customer resources or successful cases;
3. Strong sense of work responsibility, proactive, good at communication, and good teamwork awareness;
4. Dress neatly and cleanly, can adapt to frequent business trips, and can accept occasional social events.
