Sales Director
Position Responsibilities
1. Develop the company's short-term, mid-term and long-term marketing strategies based on the company's strategic goals and product characteristics;
2. Collect industry information, analyze market demand and potential, and enhance the company's market competitiveness and share; coordinate and manage national business expansion and market development;

Sales Manager
Position Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the marketing of the company's products and services, complete the prescribed sales tasks, and ensure the realization of sales targets;
2. Develop new customers, establish prospective customer information groups, maintain old customer relationships, and develop new needs of old customers;
3. Track customer needs, conduct business negotiations and sign contracts;
4. Handle customer invoices and accounts receivable to ensure the company's invoicing and customer repayments are normal;
5. Handle customer complaints in a timely manner, coordinate with relevant departments to solve problems, and maintain good customer relationships;
6. Learn and understand the company's product-related knowledge, be able to point out product advantages and answer customer questions;
7. Collect customer opinions and suggestions, and feedback to relevant company personnel to provide reference for optimizing the company's products and related services, and improve customer satisfaction;
8. Collect market information, customer dynamics and competitor information, and output relevant market reports.
Posting Requirements

Product Line Manager
Position Responsibilities
1. Responsible for collecting product information and formulating new product development plans that are in line with the company's development, and planning the development direction of the product line;
2. Conduct in-depth research on the development trends of competitors and competing products, evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of competing products, and extract product selling points and pain points;
3. Responsible for formulating the company’s special product plans, programs and major product project iterations;
4. Responsible for working with R&D engineers to solve key technologies and major problems;
5. Responsible for the full life cycle management of the product line, responsible for the planning, design and coordination of the entire product line, and responsible for the coordination of product technology, production and other issues;
6. Assist in handling issues related to product function introduction and use during the sales process, and conduct product knowledge training for sales staff.
Posting Requirements
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in electronics, communications, computers and other related majors, more than 6 years of experience in electronic product R&D, and more than 2 years of product line management experience;
2. Be familiar with all aspects of embedded product R&D and manufacturing, have certain experience in embedded software development, and be able to participate in R&D work;
3. Have certain sensitivity to relevant markets and technologies, and have an in-depth understanding of the intelligent hardware industry and technology trends;
4. Applicants with professional technical background in wireless positioning (UWB/Bluetooth/GPS), communication modules, etc. are preferred. Applicants with experience in embedded product development are preferred, and have excellent technical skills and communication skills;
5. Strong ability in overall planning and coordination, resilience and ability to withstand pressure, able to stand alone and have excellent problem-solving skills.
